Director, Finance Operations Optimization Team

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, standardization, and transformation across global finance functions, reporting to the Senior Director, for Finance Optimization. The position develops and maintains a scalable, transparent service delivery model, leveraging best practices and innovation to ensure cost-effective, resilient operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, IT, or related field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in operations, process optimization, or global business service management
• Expertise in service catalogue management, process mapping, policy governance, risk management, and technology strategy
• Proven leadership of large, cross-functional, multi-geographic teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
