Lead project-based agile teams to deliver framework for FP&A success, optimize FP&A processes, and set framework for FP&A service delivery teams to operate within. The role leads small agile teams and is part of the Global FP&A transformation team of 10 Company associates.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of related work experience conducting and leading FP&A work
- Experience in FP&A work involving influencing, communicating effectively, and managing business needs across a varied group of business stakeholders
- Experience leading teams
- Ability to understand and manage risk
