Senior Manager Finance Operations

Role Overview

A successful Senior Manager Finance Operations is one who can execute a strong finance strategy within the Franchise to drive growth and profitability.

What You Will Do

Partner with Franchise operational finance leaders to support Franchise and/or local customer activities, develop key insights to inform strategic priorities, and support all Business Models and Margins within the Franchise.

Requirements

• >4 years of leadership experience in senior financial planning or senior commercial finance roles
• Leadership and management experience, as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
• In depth understanding different business systems and business processes
• Ability and desire to build strong relationships across the Franchise System
• Advanced excel skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team
• Capable of articulating complex problems in a simple manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent English level
