Role Overview

Plays a critical role in driving the financial and strategic success of AZ MX by leading merchandising analytics, financial planning, and business intelligence capabilities.

What You Will Do

Lead the transformation of merchandising analytics from traditional reporting and manual analysis to AI-enabled decision support and automated insight generation, and work with merchandising teams to develop, measure, and track results of initiatives that optimize product assortments, pricing, promotions, catalog, visual displays, or any merchandising initiative to maximize sales and margins.

• Lead the transformation of merchandising analytics from traditional reporting and manual analysis to AI-enabled decision support and automated insight generation
• Leadership and team development through mentoring and developing a high-performing analytics team capable of leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and modern decision-support tools to generate actionable business recommendations
• Cross-functional collaboration by partnering with supply chain, merch directors, merch support teams, commercial, operations, finance, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of merchandising initiatives and alignment with AZ goals
