Sales Manager for Debt Collection

Role Overview

Join our team as a Sales Manager (m/f/d) for Business Management in the Debt Collection area. As a Sales Manager, you will manage external debt collection cases with a focus on quick and fair solutions, communicate with customers, debtors, and external partners, and process insolvency, summons, and enforcement proceedings.

What You Will Do

Your tasks will include managing external debt collection cases, professional written and telephone communication, arranging and monitoring installment payments, processing insolvency and summons proceedings, and careful documentation and maintenance of master data.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g. business management) or comparable qualification
• Experience in debt collection, collection, or debtor management is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German in writing and speech
• Safe handling of MS Office
• Team spirit, communication strength, and empathy
• Structured working method and ability to set priorities
