Kleo is a B2B technology platform that automates and simplifies the process of accessing financing for companies. We are looking for a Senior Growth & Brand Marketer who takes complete ownership of marketing and becomes the driving force for capturing and positioning the company in its most critical growth phase.

Requirements

• Solid experience in B2B marketing with direct responsibility over capture results – not just produced content.
• Demonstrated ability to design and execute multichannel strategies autonomously, without a team underneath.
• Hands-on mentality: comfortable creating, publishing, measuring, and iterating on their own.
• Strong focus on metrics: understands the entire funnel and makes decisions with data.
• Excellent writing skills in Spanish: copies, articles, posts, decks.
