Role Overview
As a Senior Revenue Enablement Manager, you will be a critical member of our global Revenue Enablement team, responsible for elevating the performance and productivity of over 150 sellers. You will own the entire seller journey, from designing a world-class onboarding program to building a continuous-learning engine that keeps our tenured reps at the top of their game.
What You Will Do
You will blend classic enablement strategies with innovative, AI-powered solutions to create a scalable and highly effective learning environment. This includes designing and deploying a blended, continuous-learning journey, building and managing a data-backed coaching loop, and driving the adoption of the MEDDPICC sales methodology.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales or revenue enablement role, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS company
- AI-fluency with hands-on experience shipping AI-powered enablement assets
- Exceptional facilitation and instructional design skills
- Deep knowledge of a sales methodology like MEDDPICC
- Fluency with Conversation Intelligence platforms
- Hospitality domain experience is a plus
