Business Development Representative

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to spark new conversations and uncover business opportunities that lead to real impact. You’ll be the first point of contact in our sales engine, running outbound campaigns, qualifying leads, and booking meetings that matter.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales development or lead generation, ideally in B2B tech or IT
  • Core sales skills related to initiating conversations, uncovering basic needs, connecting needs to high level IT services and solutions, and driving interest in continued discussion with sales team members.
  • Experience using CRMs and prospecting tools (e.g. HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Nav)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
