Role Overview

The Sales Lead will be responsible for daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service. They will work with the Store Manager to monitor key performance indicators and drive store sales. The Sales Lead will also be responsible for supervising and supporting store employees, and ensuring the protection and security of store currency, inventory, and property.

What You Will Do

The Sales Lead will be responsible for tasks such as opening and closing procedures, inventory management, customer service, supervising and supporting store employees, and ensuring the protection and security of store currency, inventory, and property. They will also be responsible for processing paperwork, scheduling store employees, and coordinating daily morning and shift change team meetings.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum of one-year previous retail experience
  • Supervisory experience preferred
