Role Overview

Promotes an excellent customer experience, oversees a team of Associates, and maintains a clean and organized store. Role models outstanding customer service and creates a positive internal and external customer experience.

What You Will Do

Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, addresses customer concerns, and ensures a positive customer experience. Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs.

Requirements

  • 1 year retail experience
  • 6 months of leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques

  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
  • Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
  • Able to train others
