Customer Experience Supervisor

Role Overview

Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience, overseeing a team of Associates, and ensuring prompt, courteous customer service. Leads by example and maintains a clean and organized store.

What You Will Do

Creates a positive internal and external customer experience, promotes a culture of honesty and integrity, and trains and mentors Associates on front end principles.

Able to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, with strong understanding of merchandising techniques, multi-tasking, and communication skills.

Requirements

• 1 year retail experience
