Role Overview
The Media Operations & Activation Specialist serves as a key operational leader responsible for managing campaign execution strategy, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently and effectively to support business objectives.
What You Will Do
Lead the operational planning and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns across paid, owned, retail, dealer, digital, and trade channels. Develop and manage integrated campaign plans, launch calendars, activation schedules, trafficking, and execution frameworks.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing communications, campaign management, media operations, project management, marketing operations, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex marketing initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience developing recommendations and influencing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Advanced project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work with limited supervision.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, campaign reporting, and operational processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management platforms, marketing technology tools, and workflow systems.
- Excellent written, verbal, and stakeholder communication skills.
