Role Overview

The Sales Ops Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the sales team by managing operational processes, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring accurate data management within Salesforce (SFDC). This position is responsible for overseeing opportunity workflows, supporting client engagement logistics, and maintaining compliance with internal processes to drive efficient sales execution.

What You Will Do

Coordinate with administrative support teams, enter and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and new sales opportunities in Salesforce, partner with Legal to coordinate contractual documents, and maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce data.

Candidates must be East Coast based, with a Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field, and 3+ years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role. Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems is required.
