Role Overview
As a Senior Staff Sales Operations Analyst, you’ll support our commercial teams, leading strategic initiatives and enhancing regional effectiveness. You’ll guide data-driven decision making, develop and implement tools and technologies to enhance team efficiency, and build strong relationships across the organization.
What You Will Do
You’ll analyze market dynamics, track KPIs, and help identify new business opportunities while supporting reputation and branding initiatives. You’ll work closely with commercial directors, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to shape our competitive strategy and ensure we’re exceeding customer expectations in a dynamic marketplace.

Requirements
- Master’s Degree
- 12 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong business acumen and ability to build data-driven business cases
- Exceptional project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of biotech/pharma landscape and market dynamics
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.com
- Strong relationship building abilities across internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities
- Ability to travel up to 40-70%

- Ability to work independently
