Online Education Management Trainee (Growth & Operations)

Role Overview

As an Online Education Management Trainee, you will start by working directly with families, understanding students’ learning needs, and helping them find the right programs. You will take on broader responsibilities in student recruitment, enrollment growth, and online school operations, with the opportunity to eventually lead a team, academic division, or online education business.

What You Will Do

Master Student Enrollment, Drive Online School Growth, and Grow into Online School Leadership. This includes understanding families’ learning needs, recommending the right programs, developing and executing student recruitment strategies, analyzing enrollment data, and leading online school growth and operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English
