Role Overview

The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis reports to the CFO and is responsible for leading financial analysis that improves business decision making across ThriftBooks.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with executives to provide analysis and evaluate strategic initiatives, create financial models, and translate financial and operational data into actionable insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
  • 8-10 years of experience in an analytical role in finance, accounting, or business management
  • Experience with financial analysis, modeling, profitability analysis and/or auditing techniques
  • Advanced excel and SQL skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
