Senior Financial Analyst – Operations

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the operations organization, focusing on financial reporting and analysis for operational cost structures. They will play a key role in forecasting, planning, and strategic decision support. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical, with a preference for working cross-functionally.

The Senior Financial Analyst will prepare financial reporting and variance analyses, build financial models, analyze KPIs, and partner with cross-functional teams to provide insight into cost drivers and process performance.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytical field
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or CPG is a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with complex financial modeling
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manipulate and interpret large data sets to draw actionable insights
• Experience with SQL or BI tools (Domo, Tableau, etc.) strongly preferred
• Experience with ERP/planning/forecasting/reporting tools (NetSuite, Adaptive, etc.) strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
