Head – Growth

Role Overview

As the Head of Growth – India, you will own the strategy and execution for accelerating Tide India’s growth across the customer lifecycle — from acquisition and conversion through activation, engagement, monetization and retention.

What You Will Do

You will identify the biggest growth opportunities across customer segments, products, channels and geographies, build scalable growth engines, and work cross-functionally to turn these opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in growth, commercial strategy, customer growth, GTM, digital businesses or related areas.
• Proven experience building and scaling growth engines in fintech, consumer technology, SaaS, digital platforms or other high-growth businesses.
• Strong understanding of the complete customer lifecycle — acquisition, conversion, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and monetisation.
• Experience managing significant growth targets and translating strategy into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, funnel optimization, experimentation and growth analytics.
• Experience working across digital acquisition, CRM/lifecycle, partnerships and other distribution channels.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to connect customer metrics to revenue and business performance.
• Demonstrated ability to influence Product, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships and senior leadership.
• Experience building and leading teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong understanding of the Indian SMB/SME ecosystem would be an advantage.
• Experience in a regulated financial-services environment would be valuable.
