The role focuses on establishing operational processes, monitoring KPIs, risk management, and problem-solving within the insurance space, particularly for UK, Indian and German SMEs. Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in operations or consulting within the financial or insurance services sector.
- Proven track record of defining and implementing operational workstreams from scratch.
- Leadership experience in distributed teams within a specialist function.
- Commercial mindset with revenue optimization opportunities.
- Disciplined with frameworks for best operations.
- Organized and capable of delivering complex projects.
- Analytical with experience in data, Excel and SQL
- Customer-focused and team player.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (other European languages are highly valued).
