At Tide, we’re looking for a data-driven Operations Manager to join our Payments Operations team. As a Product Operations Manager for Cards, you’ll work with teams across the company to manage card stock levels, analyze and report on card features, and define new processes. You’ll also own and deliver non-technical projects and provide support to the Product team during product delivery.
Requirements
- At least six years of work experience working in finance, consulting, or operations for the financial services
- Competent with using SQL and Excel
- Organized and able to deliver complex projects spanning multiple work streams and functional areas
- Experience in handling Card issuance, management, payments and settlements
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
