What You Will Do
Partner with the Branch Manager to develop and execute a sales strategy, build and manage a strong sales pipeline, and establish and meet monthly proposal targets and sales goals.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience
- At least 3 years of experience in budgeting, operations, and business development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Background in marketing, sales, or service delivery
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed
- Applicable licenses or certifications to be obtained within 6 months of hire
