AIGT Agent Operations Leader, Model Data Operations, Platform Responsibility

The AIGT Agent Operations Leader will lead the team to refine strategy operations and prompt optimization to enhance the Agent’s precise recall ability for risky content. The role involves designing optimal Agent strategy combinations, establishing a standard process for prompt iteration, and building general model modularization capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5+ years of experience in content risk control, strategy operation, Search Suggestion strategy, or AI Product Operation
• Deep understanding of content safety business
• Experience leading teams or owning complex cross-functional initiatives
• Deep understanding of LLM principles and rich practical experience in Prompt Engineering
• Excellent Data Analysis skills
