Business Operations Lead – Product Partnerships

TikTok is seeking a Business Operations Lead to join their Monetization Product Partnerships team. This role focuses on scaling interactions between TikTok users and merchants, managing program execution, and driving strategic initiatives for business development. The successful candidate will be a strong leader with a deep understanding of project management and data analysis, and will be a key partner to the monetization strategy team.

Requirements

  • Several years of data analysis, business operations, strategy, consulting, or related analytical experience.
  • Extensive experience in program/project management, establishing and scaling operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across teams.
  • E-commerce and/or advertising experience is a plus.
