Creator & Product Operations Manager (Gaming) – TikTok LIVE

TikTok LIVE is looking for a Gaming Creator Growth Manager who will act as a bridge for innovation: working hand-in-hand with creators to prototype new behaviors, format, and feature adoption, then building the operational blueprints to scale those successes across the entire gaming segment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in creator management, esports operations, influencer marketing, or publisher partnerships
  • Proven track record managing top creators or talent with high visibility and complex needs
  • Experience building structured programs that move beyond one-off fixes into repeatable growth engines
  • Strong understanding of gaming culture, game economies, and seasonal content cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to execute fast-moving programs with measurable outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to synthesize dashboards and creator metrics
  • Highly cross-functional, effective communicator, strong project ownership
  • Familiarity with LIVE ecosystems, monetization loops, or streaming platforms
