Immigration Operations Data Analyst, AMS

The AMS Work Visa team is dedicated to ensuring compliance with U.S. immigration laws and regulations across the Americas region. We are seeking an Immigration Operations Data Analyst to work with multiple domestic and international stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of HR coordination/specialist experience in a high-volume, high-intensity tech environment.
• Experience with data management and analytics tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI, PowerApps) to derive insights and drive process adherence.
• Experience working with large-scale data sets to identify current and potential issues.
• Proven analytical skills for large datasets.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
