The TikTok OGC Industry Solutions team is dedicated to driving the construction and development of a professional, high-quality content ecosystem. We focus on key verticals, including Film & TV, Sports, and News, and empower publishers, rights holders, media organizations and creators through product and operational initiatives, enabling them to produce premium content, and achieve sustainable growth and user penetration in respective verticals.
Requirements
- Collect and analyze platform-related product requirements proposed by rights holders, define and build industry-wide standard product solutions and collaborate with the product team to drive the design and operation of new solutions.
- Develop and implement systematic product training programs for global regional operation teams.
- Participate in the formulation of global Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and lead the execution of localization initiatives.
- Monitor core product performance metrics and drive the implementation of data-informed product optimization solutions.
- Serve as the key liaison for capability alignment between product, R&D and regional operations teams, coordinating cross-functional collaboration to deliver tangible results.
