As a Manager on the Strategy Planning & Analytics team, you will be a key architect of TikTok’s monetization engine across Latin America. You will build frameworks that define how we forecast revenue, optimize sales performance, and allocate resources across one of the world’s fastest-growing digital landscapes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Strategy, FP&A, or Analytics, preferably within Big Tech or a high-growth marketplace
- Deep understanding of the LATAM economic landscape
- Fluency in English is required to communicate with business stakeholders based in LATAM and other global markets
- Proficiency in data modeling, visualization, and financial planning
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high growth environment
- Proficient in SQL and Python/R
