The LATAM TikTok Creative team is seeking an experienced Product Marketing and Operations Manager to provide inbound, go-to-market, and operational support throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring the success of key products and business initiatives.

Requirements

  • Product Strategy: Identify opportunities for product iteration and improvement, collaborating with product teams to prioritize initiatives and develop strategic plans that drive product and solution adoption.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage strong analytical skills to identify business opportunities and challenges.
  • Inbound & Research: Lead industry and customer research initiatives, gathering advertiser insights to inform product and market strategies.
  • Go-To-Market: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption across key verticals.
  • Business & Project Management: Demonstrate strong project management capabilities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Sales Enablement: Partner with TikTok’s Global Business Solutions team throughout the advertiser media journey, proactively providing creative production support through TikTok’s creative solutions.
