The User Growth (UG) Department leads TikTok’s growth efforts for expanding our user base and building our community. The Product Operations Manager will drive key metrics for incentive product operations in the LATAM region, develop and implement a 360 marketing strategy to drive user growth uplift, and manage regional user feedback for incentive campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Product Operation, Marketing, Data Science, Content Strategy, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of proven experience in the tech industry with a focus on areas like content creation, product operations, incentive growth, marketing, digital marketing, or related fields
- Excellent language skills in both English and Portuguese and a deep understanding of the local marketing culture, user behavior, and media landscape
