The Product Operations Manager – Merchant Platform will develop effective operations and Go-To-Market strategies based on platform product capabilities and business requirements related to merchant acquisition and order volume. The role will collaborate with product and regional BD teams to map out merchant operations, merchant segmentation, and profiling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in product operation in global context
- Fluency in English
- Minimum 5 years of local service/e-commerce/O2O industry related operation/product operation experience
- Strong project management and cross-functional team collaboration
- Good communication and coordination skills, empathy, and patience
