The Product Operations Manager – TikTok User Growth & Partnerships role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic GTM partnerships to unlock new opportunities for incentive product growth and user acquisitions. The successful candidate will have a strong business development expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and a growth mindset to elevate our incentive products to the next level.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, growth operations, or GTM strategy, preferably in the tech or consumer internet industry
- Proven track record of driving successful partnerships and launching impactful user acquisition initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and influence strategy
- Experience working with cross-functional teams across product, marketing, and data functions in a fast-paced environment
