The Safety Product team is building and optimizing content safety systems using large language models. The Product Operations Specialist will partner with PMs to develop machine moderation strategies, validate requirements, and optimize platform efficiency and stability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5+ years of experience in internet platform product operations or user operations
- Deep understanding of the content safety industry and machine moderation principles
- Exceptional project management skills and cross-functional influence
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
