Product Strategy and Operations Manager, Partnerships

As a Product Strategy and Operations Manager, Partnerships, you will establish and scale a global third-party partner program, focused on new advertiser acquisition and revenue growth. You will identify new strategic partnership opportunities and develop comprehensive execution plans. You will also manage a diverse partner portfolio, ranging from enterprise-level companies to individual content creators, by designing and implementing commission structures, acquisition strategies, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas: user growth on digital platforms, affiliate growth, channel sales, or agency recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build influence.
  • Familiarity with social media, mobile applications, and advertising product sales (including self-serve platforms, and digital advertising purchased via auctions/bidding). Experience with Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMB) is preferred.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to conduct in-depth data analysis, derive insights, and synthesize findings through clear and concise communication.
