As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will drive internal usage programs to improve advertisers’ end-to-end experience with our products. You will lead the end-to-end dogfooding program, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and partner with product and engineering teams to inform feature development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing, product operations, or similar roles in digital advertising, SaaS, or customer support platforms
- 3+ years of experience working closely with sales or client-facing support teams
- Proven ability to turn complex product and user feedback into clear, audience-appropriate narratives, documentation, and training content
- Fast learner and self-starter with strong judgment, able to quickly grasp context, identify key risks, and drive alignment across teams
