The Senior Product Operations Manager, Platform will improve advertisers’ end-to-end experience with our products by driving internal usage programs that stress-test features, surface real-world pain points, and turn hands-on feedback into actionable product improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing, product operations, or similar roles in digital advertising, SaaS, or customer support platforms, with familiarity with advertising solutions and experimentation practices.
- 3+ years of experience working closely with sales or client-facing support teams, with a strong customer service orientation and empathy for advertiser needs.
- Proven ability to turn complex product and user feedback into clear, audience-appropriate narratives, documentation, and training content.
- Fast learner and self-starter with strong judgment, able to quickly grasp context, identify key risks, and drive alignment across teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with demonstrated experience collaborating across functions and managing multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen; comfortable working with data, defining metrics, and using spreadsheets and dashboards for decision-making.
