We are looking for a LIVE Partner Growth & Incubation Manager based in Turkey, responsible for expanding agency partnerships while incubating and scaling partners through data-driven programs and community operations.
Requirements
- Identify, approach, and onboard agencies, MCNs, and talent organizations to strengthen the TikTok LIVE ecosystem in Turkey.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships, ensuring alignment with platform strategy, content standards, and growth objectives.
- Design and execute incubation initiatives such as agency education programs, creator recruitment plans, and monetization growth campaigns.
- Monitor agency and creator performance using data and defined KPIs.
- Partner closely with internal teams including Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Product, and Data to drive partner success.
- Deliver partner training sessions, workshops, and engagement activities.
