The Data Analyst will build and optimize monitoring systems, develop data-driven quality monitoring frameworks, and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfillment (3PL preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Strong data analysis skills (SQL, Python), with experience in BI tools
- Familiar with WMS systems and warehouse workflows
