TikTok is seeking a Product Operations Manager to join their product and operations team and build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure, and intuitive for users and brands. The role involves understanding seller needs, developing product strategy, identifying new opportunities to drive seller engagement, and continuously improving the Product Operation methodology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 3-5+ years of e-commerce product management or operations experience in either e-commerce, video making, or content making companies.
- Ability to collaborate and build trust with engineers, designers, data science and other cross-functional teammates.
- Ability to think creatively and approach key problems with system-level thinking.
- Ability to independently initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance and speed of execution.
- Ability to communicate concisely and influence outcomes.
- Experience performing product-oriented quantitative analysis.
