Requirements
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to enhance the lifecycle of top LIVE Gifters
- Leverage data analysis to understand gifter behavior and identify pain points
- Design and launch scalable programs to improve gifter satisfaction
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data Analytics, Community, and Customer Support teams
- Establish and systematize feedback loops
- Champion TikTok USDS Privacy, Safety, and Security guidelines
