Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, recruiting coordination, or related functions
- Hands-on experience with Rippling HRIS
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with core productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
