TMGM is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager – CLM & Growth to lead client lifecycle management and drive growth initiatives across multiple markets. This role combines strategic planning and hands-on execution, covering the entire client journey from acquisition to retention and reactivation. Requirements
- Develop and implement CLM strategies to optimize conversion, deposit, trading activity, and retention.
- Design end-to-end customer journeys (Welcome, KYC reminders, deposit triggers, trading education, reactivation campaigns).
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, BO, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure seamless client experience.
- Define CLM KPIs (conversion rate, deposit rate, retention rate, LTV) and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Lead A/B testing and continuous optimization of lifecycle campaigns.
- Plan and execute client engagement campaigns (deposit bonuses, trading vouchers, challenges, loyalty programs).
- Monitor campaign ROI, track performance metrics, and deliver insights for future improvements.
- Identify new growth opportunities across regions (SEA, China, Global)
