We’re looking for a People Generalist to join our team in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with experience in HR coordinator or administrator roles. They should have a foundational understanding of US employment laws and principles, and be able to work effectively with global teams across time zones. The role will involve supporting global employee lifecycle processes, handling employee relations matters, and contributing to performance, development, and engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- An emerging People generalist ready to broaden experience across the employee lifecycle
- Based in the US with grounding in US employment law, knowledge of the employee lifecycle and curiosity to learn global People practices
- Empathetic, organised, and thoughtful with sensitive information
- Calm, clear, and solutions-oriented during challenging or emotionally charged conversations
- A proactive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, globally distributed environment
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks across time zones
- Motivated by helping people and teams succeed
