Role Overview

The Coordinator, Team Marketing & Business Operations (TMBO) – Golf will serve as a liaison between the League Office and team stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and timely follow-through. This person will be highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Do

The Coordinator will coordinate projects, schedules, meetings, materials, and information across the League and teams. They will also manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, action items, and dependencies across Team Marketing & Business Operations initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, marketing, events, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional approach to stakeholder engagement
• Strong project coordination skills, including managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and driving follow-through
• Collaborative, relationship-oriented approach that builds trust and fosters effective cross-functional partnerships
• Proactive and resourceful mindset that anticipates needs, identifies issues, and supports solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Wrike, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms) is a plus
