Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating, securing, and growing self-generated accounts that contribute to Too Sweet Cakes’ revenue and strategic growth. Success in this role requires a strategic approach to prospecting, selling scalable product offerings, and managing relationships that meet defined impact criteria.
What You Will Do
Identify, target, and secure self-generated impact accounts in restaurants, wholesale, and distribution channels. Develop long-term relationships to maximize account retention and predictable reorders. Forecast sales accurately to support operational planning.
