Our client is a PE-backed roll-up building the leading property management platform in Germany. The platform is profitable and growing through buy & build and organic expansion: 100,000+ units across 20+ acquired businesses nationwide.
Aufgaben
- Lead a team of 7 including dotted line across the 20+ regional MDs
- Build the institutional segment from zero: asset managers, portfolio owners, family offices
- Design and roll out the group-wide sales operating system, from lead to onboarding
- Drive organic unit growth across institutional PM, WEG and rental management
- Own pricing strategy and governance across all segments
- Monetise variable and adjacent services, and develop brokerage as a revenue lever
Qualifikation
- 7+ years of commercial leadership in B2B, ideally real estate adjacent
- Designs sales systems people actually adopt: pipeline, forecasting, deal governance
- Built a new segment before and scaled it to repeatable growth
- Steers independent units on a dotted line without direct reporting power
- Wins early deals personally, then systematises
- Institutional real estate network you can activate quickly is a big plus
- German at native or negotiation level
- Hamburg or Düsseldorf preferred, other locations possible
