Operations Manager in the greater Cleveland area
Working with Operations, Sales and Customer Support with a standout company. In this role you will work cross-functionally with finance, order management and marketing while managing a small team and working to reach organizational goals and strategic objectives. A strong background in the auto industry is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead Operations team including Sales, Sales Support, Customer Support and Training Departments.
- Manages and assigns daily projects and directions to Sales Support, Customer Support, and Order Management teams.
- Provide Direction to the Sales Support team on various sales reports as needed by management.
- Participate in key sales events, such as annual sales meeting, national sales calls, Parts and Service Clubs, OEM meetings and vendor shows.
- Provide leadership in a fast-paced environment, working directly with Leadership, Finance, Marketing, Product and Sales teams to make critical decisions in the roll out of new products and processes to meet business objectives.
- Manage and review financial reports detailing expenses for Sales, Support and Operations departments.
- Lead, mentor and develop team members.
Requirements
- 5-7 years plus experience with operations and sales management
- Experience in the auto industry or auto industry adjacent
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration
- Strong computer skills especially in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Experience managing and developing a team.
