Role Overview
Owns the product marketing for AI & Automation at TOPdesk, defining positioning, messaging, and go-to-market for virtual support agent, operator copilot, agents, and other capabilities. Works as an individual contributor reporting into the Director of Product and Customer Marketing, and partners closely with Product, Sales, and the wider marketing team.
What You Will Do
Define positioning and messaging for AI & Automation, translate product capabilities into language that IT leaders and service managers understand, lead go-to-market for AI launches, and equip Sales and Customer Success with what they need to handle AI conversations.

Requirements
- Product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, typically 4+ years, with ownership of positioning and go-to-market for a product or feature area
- Ability to understand technical topics and explain them simply
- Critical eye for AI claims
- Experience partnering closely with Product and enabling a sales team
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Strong written communication and ability to influence without authority
