People Operations Generalist (Guatemala)

Role Overview

As People Operations Generalist in Guatemala, you will be the on-the-ground owner of our people experience, responsible for employee lifecycle administration, employee relations, and policy compliance under Guatemala labor law.

What You Will Do

You will own employee lifecycle administration, employee relations, full compliance with the Guatemala Labor Code, administration of legally mandated benefits, maintaining personnel files and records, and serving as a bridge between U.S. and Guatemala People Operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources / People Operations
• Strong working knowledge of the Guatemala Labor Code and Ministerio de Trabajo compliance requirements
• Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal
• A detail-oriented, highly organized approach
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee data
• Genuine passion for people operations and eagerness to grow alongside a fast-growing company
