Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or People Operations
- Hybrid schedule (3-4 days at our office in Plano, TX)
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive mindset
- Comfortable with tools like an ATS, Microsoft Office, HubSpot, etc.
- Excitement to grow into a recruiter role in the future
- Passion for people, culture, and continuous improvement
