Hybrid Full TimeTP

Maximize Your Impact with TP

Welcome to TP, a global hub of innovation and empowerment, where we redefine the future. With a remarkable €10 billion annual revenue and a global team of 500,000 employees serving 170 countries in over 300 languages, we lead in intelligent, digital-first solutions.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-impact Analytics GTM & Solutioning Specialist to lead the response to complex Data Engineering and Data Analytics RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals. The ideal candidate will combine deep domain expertise in analytics with a consultative, client-centric mindset to craft differentiated, winning solutions. This is a strategic pre-sales role that sits at the intersection of technology, business intelligence, and commercial acumen.

The Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end solutioning for Data Engineering and Data Analytics RFPs, from bid qualification to final submission.
  • Develop compelling, customized solution architectures that address client-specific pain points and business objectives.
  • Create innovative, differentiating approaches that go beyond standard responses — including accelerators, POCs, and proprietary frameworks.
  • Collaborate with delivery leads, architects, and SMEs to ensure technical feasibility and commercial competitiveness of proposed solutions.
  • Craft executive-level response narratives, storyboarding the value proposition clearly for both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify and shape GTM opportunities in the analytics outsourcing space by understanding buyer trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Support account teams during client conversations, workshops, and discovery sessions to qualify opportunities and identify whitespace.
  • Develop reusable solution assets — templates, battlecards, case studies, reference architectures — to increase bid velocity.
  • Represent the analytics practice at client meetings, industry events, and analyst briefings.
  • Bring deep, hands-on knowledge of the analytics value chain — from data ingestion and engineering to BI, advanced analytics, and AI/ML.
  • Stay current with trends across cloud data platforms, data mesh, DataOps, real-time analytics, and generative AI for data.
  • Develop and publish thought leadership content (white papers, solution briefs, blogs) to build brand credibility.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of analytics outsourcing models — managed services, CoE-as-a-service, BI operations, and hybrid delivery.
  • Design commercial constructs and engagement models (FTE-based, outcome-based, SLA-driven) aligned with client expectations.
  • Benchmark pricing, effort estimation, and staffing models against industry norms and competitive intelligence.

The Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in modern data architecture patterns: Data Lakehouse, Lambda/Kappa, Medallion Architecture.
  • Cloud platforms: AWS (Redshift, Glue, Athena), Azure (Synapse, ADF, Databricks), GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow)
  • Orchestration & pipelines: Apache Spark, dbt, Airflow, Azure Data Factory
  • Data governance: Unity Catalog, Purview, Collibra, Alation
  • Real-time streaming: Kafka, Kinesis, Flink
  • Hands-on understanding of analytical modelling: dimensional modelling, DAX, LookML, semantic layers. Familiarity with advanced analytics and AI/ML integration — predictive models, NLP, GenAI for analytics (text-to-SQL, AI assistants).
  • Minimum 4–6 years of direct experience in RFP solutioning, pre-sales, or bid management for analytics/data services. Proven track record of winning large, complex analytics deals — ideally in outsourcing or managed services.
  • Demonstrated experience with analytics managed services, BI-as-a-service, or data engineering outsourcing delivery models.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with industry verticals such as BFSI, Retail, Healthcare, Telecom, or Hi-Tech.
  • Experience with AI-first analytics solutions including LLM-powered data assistants, vector databases, or RAG pipelines.
  • Knowledge of data product thinking, data contracts, and DataMesh principles.
  • Ability to create compelling visual decks, solution diagrams, and demo environments.
  • Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Data, Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, or equivalent.

Pre-Employment Screenings

By TP policy, employment in this position will be contingent on your successful completion of and passage of a comprehensive background check, including global sanctions and watchlist screening.
